To the left of the lane are the paddocks, 6/7 in total most divided with post and rail fencing with smaller paddocks near the shed and access track running to larger paddocks beyond. PLANNING - The buildings and land are regarded as agricultural and the mobile home is purely on site as staff restroom. A Class Q application was made to North Devon Council under application number 62431 in January 2017, and was refused on appeal.
