There is a good sized rear garden being enclosed and with barbecue area. There are two store sheds and a lawned garden with a mature tree having a tree house, and half pipe skate board ramp.

This will make for an excellent home for the growing family, alternatively as an easy to run second home being in a tucked away position, yet only a few minutes walk from the village centre and the beach.

Properties in Croyde are always in very good demand, especially St Mary's Road which forms the older part of the village with a nice mixture of similar style properties but also many period, cob and thatched cottages for which Croyde is famous. Therefore we recommend a viewing at the earliest opportunity to fully appreciate this house and to avoid disappointment.

Croyde is a most delightful village famed for its many attractive period cottages and now mainly for its superb sandy bay which is a mecca for surfers and many water sport enthusiasts. The property is situated in a tucked away position yet within easy access of the village amenities which include the post office store, garage, surf shops and tea rooms. The village nestles on the North Devon coast and a short distance away Putsborough Sands and Saunton Sands, again all famed for their many miles of sandy beaches.

There are a number of good public houses, whilst there is a regular bus service to Braunton, reputed to be one of the largest villages in the country and here a wider range of amenities can be found including medical centre, primary and secondary schooling, post office, Co-Op and Cawthorne store. The smaller village of Georgeham is also close to hand with its good primary school and further public houses and post office. Barnstaple, the regional centre of North Devon is approximately 10 miles distant and there is access to the North Devon Link Road which provides a convenient route to the M5 motorway and to Tiverton Parkway which has direct link to London (Paddington). There is rail link to Exeter via the Tarka Line whilst there are also amenities including Queens Theatre and the North Devon Leisure Centre.
Please note there is parking on the road outside the property between October - Easter.
